All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

About the Space

This is the perfect place to hold a retreat, company party/meeting, workshop, elopement, or small party. Two story home in the foothills of San Diego County with wrap around deck leading to an oversized deck hosting a glass fire pit with an ocean view. Sprawling kitchen that looks out to the pool/jacuzzi and never ending hiking trails. Home has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus a living room that also connects to the backyard pool area. Conveniently situated between the 76 & 78 fwy less than 10 miles from a few of San Diego’s best beaches. Local grocery store Albertsons and health food store, Sprouts 2 miles away with one of the best Italian food restraraunts, Ciao, right around the corner. Quaint courtyard with fountain on 1.4 acres of land boasting Avocado trees and freshly planted citrus grove with dandelion fields welcomes you to this thriving artistry the home has to offer for you and your guests/clients.

The perfect place. This place is absolutely beautiful, Christalyn and Brittany made us feel like we were home. Truly wonderful people and the house had everything we needed for the kids and grownups to have a great time. Thank you for helping me make my Daughters birthday so special

The host was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The home looked just as it did in the photos -- clean and nicely kept. There was plenty of street parking for our crew and a big, beautiful backyard that provided ample space for staging. As a video production company, it's always nice working with local owners who are willing to offer their space for filming and understand the nature of our business. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice, home environment with a gracious host.
