Eclectic Boutique and Art Gallery in Los Angeles

The space I manage is a spacious 1,100 Sq ft store divided into two rooms. One room is a beautifully decorated 17' x 11' art gallery with a painted floor and the main lobby is a 17' x 52' eclectic fashion boutique. The boutique is complemented with a modern paint decor, wall murals and paintings by Nic The Artist. The artistic space is currently used for fashion retail, with displays and merchandise, but can be emptied if needed. The fashion lobby has been used for styling and photo shoots. It is great venue for pop-up shops or styling high-end clients, equipped with a salon chair, styling booth and sink for hair treatment. The lobby can also hold business meetings or private screens with surround sound and HD video projector or LED screen monitor. The back of the shop can be used for caterers and storing production materials. The store was once a medical marijuana dispensary by a previous tenant and can be converted back if needed.
