All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This luxurious Alpharetta space is located inside of a 3000 square foot home. Custom, oversized sectional that seats 10-12 is the center attraction. With smart tv and projection system available for your use. A conference table which seats 8 is located adjacent with dry erase boards available for your use as well The kitchen is a functional kitchen. Granite countertops and hardwood flooring makes any in kitchen moments enjoyable ones. Full Coffee and Tea Station. Keurig and French Press both available plus a soda stream and Vitamix Blender This space is a smart space complete with Alexa, Free Wifi, Surround Sound and much more Our space has been used for filming various projects. If moving furniture is needed, let us know for prior approval. We will do whatever we can to ensure your project is a success. Things our space has been used for: Filming Masterminding Workshops Corporate meetings Seated using both areas the space seats 20+ people.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
