There is usually an abundance of street parking available and depending on the time of arrival, in front of our building.

• Smoking is allowed only outside of the building, there is no designated smoking area for this listing. • Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request • Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest SMOKING: There is no smoking in the game room. FOOD & BEVERAGE: - Outside snacks and beverages are allowed but there is NO hot or plated foods allowed. - Food and beverage are not permitted for consumption WHILE playing video games to avoid spills and corruption of hardware. COOLERS & CHILLERS: - Any bottles of wine, beers or otherwise can be placed in galvanized buckets and/or chillers that we provide with notice. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chillers in case the 4 small buckets we provide are not enough. - Guest will need to purchase ice and are welcomed to bring coolers for beverages. - We DO NOT give guests access to our refrigerators however we can store ice and some other items that will melt in individual freezers and fridges that our managers will oversee. All freezer use must be done by an event manager. Please NO ICE CREAM CAKES as we do not have freezer room to store them or keep them cold. SPEAKERS & SOUND: - There are auxiliary speakers available for music and are definitely loud enough for the space as well as Bluetooth speaker. - If you want to use the auxiliary speakers to connect your iPhones or similar devices, please provide appropriate adapters. We are not responsible for lost items. - We have playlists available for music if guests prefer not to use their own phones and/or laptops. - Due to music privileges and volume levels being abused in previous events, DJ's are allowed but are required to use our auxiliary speakers and must bring proper adapters in order to connect. We have auxiliary speakers on both floors that can be used and are more than ample for the space. - There is NO music allowed in the backyard. FRIENDLY REMINDERS: - Please bring plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, trash bags, ice, tablecloths, coolers and any decor pieces you want to curate your event aesthetic. SETUP & BREAKDOWN: - The time you book includes setup and breakdown. - Please be mindful of how much time you need to setup (the space looks amazing as is just consider extra time if you have balloons or other decorations) NOTE: - We provide all of the supplies listed under friendly reminders if you use our food and beverage and/or catering services and will display food and beverage menus on flat screen television screens behind bar area. - We provide a 72 inch x 18 inch table for all events where there can be snacks and beverages served. - There are 2 other consoles available for party bags or miscellaneous items. - All gaming available will not be turned on depending on nature of event and discretion of the managers. - Kids events and parties will have select gaming and shooter station is NOT available and all other gaming requires adequate parental or guardian supervision. BAR & STAFF: - The bar area is only available for use by our staff. - An event manager is always present to answer any questions and assist with changing games and system inquiries. - Guests are welcomed to bring and serve their own liquor. - If you are interested in using our bar, we need advance notice in order to staff a bartender. INVENTORY: All of the items listed below including tables and chairs are AVAILABLE UPON ADVANCE REQUEST for additional setup fees and with advance notice as we have to obtain some of them from our storage. - (3) 6ft x 30 in tables - Folding chairs (+$5 a chair) FOR CHILDREN EVENTS: Please ensure the guest counts does not exceed the capacity you provided in the booking inquiry. Additional fees may be assessed if guests count is over as we may require additional staffing. Please have all parents monitor their children during the event so gaming hardware is not broken, dropped on the floor or abused. Fees will be assessed for items that have been broken or in need of repair as a result of negligence. All foods must go outside and kids must use wipes or hand sanitizer before playing games after consuming edible products. For additional information regarding dinner and flatware, please ask.
