Equipment loading description

There is no loading zone and the top floor is ground level. Stairs only need to be accessed when going downstairs to the Lounge.

Staging area is available

The Mario St. Room can be utilized for wardrobe and there is a bathroom for makeup.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The rooms with prohibited signs are not available for shooting unless otherwise specified.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are several outlets and the circuit breaker is near the kitchen and is very easily accessible. Manager needs to be notified however if this needs to be accessed.

General Rules

SMOKING: There is no smoking in the game room however the backyard is ideal for smoking. FOOD & BEVERAGE: - Food and beverage are not permitted for consumption while playing video games to avoid spills and corruption of hardware. - Outside foods/snacks and beverage are allowed but we must have advance notice to provide proper setup. COOLERS & CHILLERS: - Any bottles of wine, beers or otherwise can be placed in galvanized buckets and/or chillers that we provide with notice. Guest will need to purchase ice and are welcomed to bring coolers for beverages. There is no refrigerator for guests to use. SPEAKERS & SOUND: There are auxiliary speakers available for music and are definitely loud enough for the space and Bluetooth speaker provided with advance notice. WHAT TO BRING: Friendly reminders if you bring food and beverage: Please bring plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, trash bags, ice and any decor pieces you want to curate your event aesthetic. SETUP & BREAKDOWN: The time you book includes setup and breakdown. So please be mindful of how much you need to setup (the space looks amazing as is just consider extra time if you have balloons or other decorations) NOTE: We provide all of the above supplies if you use our food and beverage services and display food and beverage menus on flat screen television screens behind the bar. BAR & STAFF: The bar area is only available for use by our staff. An event manager is always present to answer any questions and assist with changing games and system inquiries. INVENTORY: Tables and chairs are available upon request for additional setup fees as we have to obtain these from our warehouse. - (3) 6ft x 30 in tables - tablecloths - 20 folding chairs - stemware - cutlery for dinners For additional information regarding dinner an flatware, please ask.

Please provide image of insurance prior to booking in the event so we are aware of what can be covered in the event that there is damage.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

We require notification to the manager if furniture needs to be moved.

Smoke machines are allowed
