All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our beautiful Media Lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - mini-fridge, sink, large island and bar stools Dining tables with seating 65" HD TV with Chromecast, Apple TV, and USB port capabilities Shuffleboard Decorative accent lighting Fully private space Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

General Rules
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the original condition at the time that your reservation ends. This is also regarding to the cleanliness of the space, as we do not charge a cleaning fee. If not left in original condition then possible cleaning charges will be applied. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
For this space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our on-site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. If you plan on using any of the media options, we do require a run-through of electronics to make sure your booking goes smoothly day-of. We do not provide any cords or adapters, ex: HMDI cord, so please come prepared with any extras you might need.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

Yes, I would book again.
The place was in great condition and looked as advertised. I had no problem getting access and getting help when needed. We lost power briefly and the internet went down during the event, but this was caused by a nearby accident that affected power for the whole block. Fortunately we had some offline activities prepared and people still had fun.

The space rented was very nice and accommodating. The TV available was tricky to use and was operated using a remote wall panel. If you're not tech savvy, I suggested making sure you get help. The building staff is more than happy to help.

A really beautiful, modern space. We held our friends baby shower here and the space was ideal. The small kitchen (with microwave and fridge) is great for party style food and the layout is very group friendly. It was extremely easy to book and the host was helpful throughout.

This was a really beautiful space. Perfect amount of space for 20-25 people. The host was extremely sweet and accommodating. We did have some technical difficulties with the sound system, but we were reimbursed for our troubles. I would book here again.

The place was clean and perfect for the birthday party that we hosted for my daughter. We setup a Karaoke system in the room and it worked well. The person at the front desk was fantastic and i would recommend this place for anyone looking for a 20-25 people gatherings.
