- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
We are available for events M-F 4PM-10PM, and after 12 noon on Weekends. We strongly suggest that social events tour the venue before submitting a booking request to ensure that the location meets your needs. You will also need to confirm availability with Event Coordinator Gabrielle Gross at 650-329-1356 ext 202 prior to booking. Weekend rentals include the assistance of our event planner and the entire heritage garden, the Carriage House & patio, and the Tea House & patio. The Carriage House is a historic building located on the grounds of a 2 1/2 acre garden and estate near downtown Palo Alto. This room can accommodate 25-50 guests, depending on the desired room setup. HIGH SEASON RATES Please note that our Saturday high season rate (April - October) is $1500 for an 8 hour period. To book, please submit a booking request and we will reply with a custom booking. This is a great venue, perfect for our team of 16. The room is air conditioned, there is a large white board, screen/projectors for presentations & a small kitchen off to the side. We opened the doors for fresh air, it was a beautiful day and was quiet. We had access to extra tables and chairs to move outside for lunch. Mica was super easy to work with and very flexible. We will use this venue again!

Amazing! Mica took over helping our account with the planning, and she was very responsive with all my questions, and very flexible, allowing me to visit the venue the day before to setup sound equipment. Highly recommend Gamble Garden for a small-medium size event. Perfect spring time flowers in bloom, too. Parking was not an issue for us, and the use of the side-kitchen was additional bonus for our catering team!

Such a beautiful setting! Mica was amazing and the space was perfect. The kitchen was an additional plus for anyone looking to serve food/bev at events 50 and under. Our second time using this space will definitely rent again!
