All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have a great space for smaller, and intimate shoots. We are a clothing storefront with professional backdrops, studio lighting, a fitting room, and huge windows with natural light. We have a moss decor wall and velvet bench that can also be utilized, as well as any other visible space within our store. PLEASE NOTE: we do not have a restroom. About 5-8 people can fit comfortably in the store for photoshoot/videoshoot purposes. We have other colored backdrops if needed, just let us know. One of our staff members will be present throughout your appointment. Only 2 blocks away from the 18th St. Pink Line train station, it’s easy to get to by public transportation.

Parking description
Parking on our block is permitted. However, there is free parking on Marshall, Ashland, 19th Street, and Paulina. Please take into account the weather, as snow makes parking much more difficult.
General Rules
No Smoking is allowed inside.
No outside food or beverages allowed.
No pets.
Music is allowed, but at reasonable levels, as there are residents above our store.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are over the front entrance looking out towards the sidewalk. There is also a security camera overlooking the checkout counter in the back.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space had perfect natural light as described, clean white backdrop with studio lighting, everything you need. The host was also very accommodating and was very responsive, even at short notice. They even offered refreshments which was a nice touch. Will use this space again in the future!
