All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our space is centrally located in West LA neighboring Santa Monica, Century City, Westwood, Brentwood, Culver City and Venice! We have state of the art technology with high speed internet (400 mbs), Conference phone, ceiling mounted projector and ceiling mounted projector screen both operated with a remote control, wall mounted smart TV connected to Apple TV. Our audio system is NHT (Now Here This) known for crisp quality sound!

Parking description
2 parking lots both with 45 parking spaces each right behind our adjacent to our building.
Cost:
$1/hr in both parking lots.
$4/10hr options available in one of the lots.
General Rules
Rules:
You can bring your own food and alcohol.
You can customize the set up as need for your event and please coordinate with us.
You cannot smoke inside the space. Smoking is permitted in the back patio area or outside in the front.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was awesome!! Communication with the host was almost immediate with answers to questions. I would highly recommend using this location for any of your needs. There is ample inexpensive parking nearby. We have already reserved this space for future events we are having in the future.

This is a great space. It's very conveniently located, and there is a metered parking lot in the back which makes it easy for guests to park. The space has all of the staples needed for an event - a bar, furniture (available with certain amount of hours rented), lighting, sound system, etc. Fitsum was helpful in answering all of our questions leading up to the event and beyond.
