Coffee Shop Restaurant with Cocktail Lounge

Our space is well lit with a large expanse of windows all along the front. We have tables & couches as well as bar tops & lounge chairs. There is a partially raised area with a half wall that can seat about 20-30 people. We are conveniently located in the heart of Lower Greenville & there is a small parking lot just off the side street. Our space was designed to invoke happiness & it is colorful & has several unique design elements, like our light fixtures & artwork. Our business model is to invite guests to stay as long as they'd like & we serve not only coffee & food but also have a full service cocktail bar that is open all the hours we are (7am-midnight). We don't charge for reserving the space if guests are open to coming in & settling down in whatever space we can get for them. We only charge for the space if a guest requests a specific area cleared & it is during peak hours (i.e. Sunday brunch). We have several weekly and monthly events in the evenings. Thursday nights are live music, Friday nights are movie nights with half price wine + free s'mores for 2, Saturdays are free trivia nights & we have an open mic night the 2nd Monday each month, as well as a Wine & Succulents Party at the end of every month. We have other workshops & events that pop up, so there is a chance there is another complimentary activity going on while you're here. We are a favorite for book clubs & business lunches. No reservations are needed, guests are invited to just come in & find a spot in our large dining room & lounge. We also have a very large patio with tables, lounge chairs & plenty of water bowls for dogs. There are also a couple of shade triangles to ward off the sun. The occupancy inside is 99 and the patio seats about 30. Happy hour is served EVERYDAY from 4-8pm, as well as Sun-Friday special of $2 wells and $3 chicken biscuits after 8pm. We also have a brunch Happy Hour 2-6pm on Saturday & Sundays. Saturday nights we offer $5 beer cans during our Trivia with Sporcle. We have a full menu, including breakfast items, that we serve all day & a brunch menu Saturday & Sunday 8am-2pm. We can make a buffet for a party booking with us, with whatever items guests looking for.
