This space was perfect for my FriendsGiving Fundraiser. Zaida was a pleasure to coordinate with and I look forward to hosting future events here. They welcomed my vision for the day, were extremely supportive of the fundraiser and very accommodating leading up to, during and even after the event. The space is modern and large enough to have a sit down dinner for 20 as well as a separate area for a couple of cocktail tables and a photo booth section. With the season of gathering kicking off, I highly recommend for any social gatherings with family and friends. This space is centrally located, conveniently around the corner from grocery markets and stores which sell décor and household necessities, making it easy to grab last minute items as needed. When booking, I found it helpful to include an extra two hours before the events start time, to allow for rental items to arrive, space setup and last minute needs. I also coordinated most of my event needs during a site visit with Zaida, who welcomed this visit and was very flexible in scheduling. I recommend coordinating event needs with Zaida prior to the event as there were items available on site, not immediately visible but when talking through the flow of the event, they were able to offer for the day. Again, If you are seeking a modern, centrally located space to make your own for your next social gathering, this is is the perfect place for you.

I was extremely excited to rent this place in the beginning; however that changed quickly after booking the place. It was a hassle getting in touch with the host. I couldn’t visit the place prior to the event and the host agreed to send me a video and I never heard from her after that. I was even surprised when she answer my call the day of the event. She is so money hungry, even attempting to charge me for cleaning her apartment after the event. After I left the place, she called incessantly for small things like balloons and footprints left behind on a raining day after having paid cleaning fees. I really don’t recommend this place.
