This beautiful home has amazing natural light and has unique and stylish modern/urban/mid-century decor. Featuring stunning end-to-end windows, the space is spacious on the first floor yet is also intimate. It has been used by production companies, content creators, and for branding shoots and team meetings. Features: - Common uses include photoshoots, interviews, and videos. - Two living room spaces accommodating seven people (7) seated - Dining table with six (6) chairs - Functional kitchen and island with seating, available for food prep and photos - Outdoor seating areas on back deck and patio, seating seven people (7) - Home office for additional use, printer and paper available - One restroom on main floor - Reliable WiFi - Large windows for natural light - Driveway for four vehicles for offloading equipment - Access to back yard There are two living areas (including a sun-filled lounge space with sky light) as part of an open-floor plan with a dining area and modern updated kitchen with large island. Roughly 780 square feet on the first floor alone. Located off of South Dakota Avenue NE, between Rhode Island and Bladensburg Avenues and a few minutes from 50/295 freeways and the DC Costco. *Also see our listing for off-site gatherings.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a terrific venue. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of natural light, and offers several options for “looks.” It’s a bit smaller than the photos show, but we still had plenty of space to film a three camera interview. You also couldn’t ask for a nicer, more accommodating, and reachable host than Chloe. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Chloe's space is absolutely beautiful! I was filming video content with multiple camera angles and overhead and my team was able to easily set up and create a beautiful shot. There are so many nooks of the space that can be used for different shots. I'll definitely be booking this again!

Our production called for a location with an updated "Renovated Kitchen". We found this space which was perfect for the single shot that we need. The driveway parking was excellent for the crew and talent! Chloe is a great host as well. Thank you!

Chloe responded within 24 hours to my request to book her place. The space is exactly as advertised, except the white sofa has been replaced with an orange leather sofa which, thankfully, worked out fine with my brand colors. I’m a Realtor, and the the space worked perfectly for my branding photo / video shoot.
