About the Space
This beautiful home has amazing natural light and has unique and stylish modern/urban/mid-century decor. Featuring stunning end-to-end windows, the space is spacious on the first floor yet is intimate. It has been used by production companies, content creators, and brands for production space, photo shoots and intimate gatherings. There are two living areas (including a sun-filled lounge space with sky light), home office, dining room and modern updated kitchen with large island. Upstairs is a guest room, kids room, and master bedroom with a walk-in closet and large standing shower in the bathroom--all decorated in detail. Roughly 780 square feet on the first floor alone. The space also includes a front porch, back deck and great front and backyard, as well as access to extended driveway. Located off of South Dakota Avenue NE, between Rhode Island and Bladensburg Avenues and a few minutes from 50/295 freeways and the DC Costco.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing space! Great communication from the host. The only thing I would mention is that there aren't any paper towels, napkins, or towels in the space for bathroom use, snacks, lunch, etc. Other than that it was a great fit for my team and I.

Beautifully designed space!! There is amazing lighting and the space is very versatile if you are looking to do a photo shoot. Chloe was a very nice host which was a plus! I'd book over and over again!

Don’t think, JUST BOOK! The host, Chloe was so pleasant and her home was BEAUTIFUL! We were able to get great shots and it wasn’t a sunny day. The pictures of the house does not do it enough justice. 10 stars out of five. I would definitely recommend!
