Presentation or meeting space for 10-40 people including whiteboard wall, video and sound system. Furniture can also be placed for break-out areas for smaller discussions. The room allows easy in/out access to the street, sidewalk and a parklet wood deck outside. We are a half block from Fruitvale BART and I-880 near downtown Oakland and Alameda. The street block also includes a large artist studio property, brewery, coffee roastery and many diverse restaurants. The room and restrooms are ADA accessible and compliant.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
