All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

BAMF Medi is located on the corner of Brooks and Pacific Ave. one block in from Venice Beach! We have 3 stories with plenty of options depending on your needs. The main room can host up to 50 people is great for photo, film or hosting events, panel discussion, keynotes and more. We also warmly welcome artist and bands to set up a PA and take over the space for performances. Our rooftop patio has sick views of the beach, especially at sunset! Great for a photoshoot or intimate acoustic performance. Our kitchen area can host catering, cooking shows and more. Our downstairs has plenty of room for a film project movie premier, photo studio, filming. Lots of options, take your pick!

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

No, I would not book again.

Keegan and team were super responsive, and there to assist with any questions or problems that arose. Alexandra was especially helpful on site. The space definitely has potential, and the large windows provide great natural light, but it could use a little warming up with rugs and curtains. The location is super convenient and it was great being able to walk to the beach on breaks.
