About the Space

This stage features standing sets which include a café setting, fully functional set kitchen with lighting grid, 40 ft exterior building façade backdrop with adjustable daylight solar tubes. Can be used for events, video and photo shoots. Capacity of 150 Includes: - Four 8’L tables,10 café tables and chairs along with bar seating. - Fully functional set kitchen: 10’2”L x 6’4”W curved island with white quartz countertop and gas cooktop. Including, open shelves, gas oven, microwave, 30 Cubic ft. Refrigerator, & dishwasher. - 2 lighting grids - Solar tubes (dimmable natural light) - 2 roll up bar height glass garage doors - 700 Sq. ft. exterior building facade including built in industrial stairs case HOURS of OPERATION: between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00PM on weekends or between the hours of 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon. Hourly charges of $110 per hour will be imposed for Overtime. If a Licensee is late, the end time will not be changed.

WHEN BOOKING SPACES: AGREEMENTS: Non-members sign a booking agreement each time they reserve a space. INSURANCE: Certificate of Liability Insurance with us additionally insured. BOOKING RULES: • All spaces should be left the way it was found. • All trash needs to be removed from the building. • Tape on stained concrete floor is prohibited. Use provided cord covers, camera t-markers, and chalk. • No nails, push pins, screws, or tape other than scotch tape on walls. Tape on standing sets or furniture are prohibited. • No fog machines (stage 2 or 3) or open flames (except kitchen stove top) are allowed in the facility, including candles. We have sensitive sprinkler system and alarm system. • Sound stages white and green cove cyclorama the floor should be kept clean as possible, otherwise, a repainting fee will be charged. • Painting & set construction must be in designated areas pre-approved with proper setup with drop cloths. • Cast and crew must stay in designated rental space BOOKING FEES AND FINES • $75 fee if white or green infinity wall Floors were not kept clean plus Extra Fee will be determined for any Cove damage. • Extra fees will be charged for overtime. • $150 fine for Air conditioning left on in space rented after use. • $100 disposal fee for unusual amounts of trash. • Extra Fees will be charged for excess necessary cleaning and damage of any property.

I absolutely loved this venue. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. The space itself was lovely and so pretty. We held a Celebration of Life for my father, but I would use it for a bridal or baby shower as well. I’m so very glad I found this venue for my dad. Thank you!
