There are 2 handicapped and 28 regular parking spots in our parking lot. There is also nearby street parking and free parking lots.

Deposits/Cancellation a) A signed agreement as well as non-refundable deposit of 50% of estimated balance is due upon securing your event date. b) Final deposit includes 100% of the remaining amount of the estimated balance. This is due 2 weeks prior to the event. c) Instead of a security deposit, we will require a credit card on file prior to your event to charge for any damages. d) Deposits made in advance are non refundable. General Liability Insurance We require general liability (EVENT) insurance for all events and is due 1 week prior to your event. No Use Items: $250 automatic use fee for the following: Haze Fog machine, Glitter, Confetti, or feathers, Snow or foam, Hay, Large amounts Water, Open Flames or special effects Liquor a) Beer and Wine are permitted. b) It is prohibited to serve minors alcoholic beverages c) Client accepts sole liability for actions of attendees on and off property. Young Children and Guests a) For safety purposes, all young children must be supervised. b) No running, climbing on furniture or patio walls. c) All guests are required to stay in the booked meeting space.
