All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Glittering under the Wynwood sun, this metallic silver studio and its courtyard has two entries. It has smooth grey urethane flooring, with a seamless and frictionless look. Bathrooms are decorated in shabby-chic; mix tastefully with the urban feel of the high ceiling. Aside from meetings, pop ups, exhibitions and parties, the space is perfect for dance or yoga classes, and alike with its unique flooring, and other amenities, such as 2 bathrooms.

The courtyard, which takes up about 6 cars, can be used as parking space. There's also street parking on the streets on both sides of the facility (1st place and 2nd ave), as well as an enclosed parking garage on 2nd ave/26th st.

Minimum hours: 4
During special annual events (festivals etc. such as Art Basel), Christmas time, and weekends in general will be priced differently. Make sure to ask for a quote specific for these dates. Extra hours are negotiable, depending on the event.
