Parties larger than 30 people or where alcohol will be served will require one-time insurance. We accept insurance purchased from www.eventhelper.com, Peerspace’s recommended provider. Depending on your event, these policies have a one-time fee of about $50-$140. The Peerspace guest booking the space is required to sign a supplemental agreement prior to the event. Our space, including all outdoor areas, is entirely smoke-free and pet-free. We do not allow drugs or drug-related events. Services animals are welcome. We recommend you tour the space to make sure it suits your needs. Your reservation should include time for set up, clean up, and removal of any personal items. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Cleaning fee is included in the total cost, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in and dispose of all trash. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team will help coordinate any additional services you may need, and can be contacted at [email protected] Caterers may require additional liability insurance. In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. Please take great care of our space. No penetrating items (i.e. nails, etc.) should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Miscellaneous requirements: Signs and displays are subject to Host’s approval. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No amplified music is allowed. Guest is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
