We work well with other creatives. The conference room is for private meetings. It is equipped with a monitor and Apple TV. Beautiful walnut conference table with room for 8 people. Large window facing West. Two-door access. Window shades for privacy. We also have a small kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso with reusable pods, coffee, water, dish, silver and glassware, and cleaning products. There are two bathrooms (all gender).
House Rules Overview We are a holistic design agency. What does that mean? We work with regional and national companies to create and strengthen their strategy, branding and digital tools. The basics Office Hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Appointments Only General Office Stuff -Front doors remain locked, please ring the downstairs doorbell for assistance. -Please keep in mind that the walls are thin and to keep the noise down whenever working in the office. -Take personal phone calls in available rooms or outside. -Use headphones when on phone/online meetings. -Use headphones when listening to music. -Wash dishes upstairs and return them to the kitchenette after use. Be respectful of meetings and other gatherings before washing dishes. -Please wipe down surfaces after use and empty your trash. -We are a pet-friendly office. To bring in your animal it must be pet and human-friendly and you must get permission beforehand. You are responsible for your pet's behavior and cleanliness when they are in the office. If they are very hyper, bark a lot or are a distraction they will not be allowed. Keep in mind when we have meetings booked and leave your dog home on those days/during those hours. -Each room/station comes with a “Please do not disturb” sign that you can post when in use. Common Areas Front entry: where your guests or clients can wait if they are early. There are 2 chairs and tables. Kitchenette: available for food prep, coffee and general water cooler talk. Comes equipped with filtered water, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishware, Nespresso machine, cleaning supply closet and trash. Second level: the kitchen upstairs is used for cleaning dishes and using the dishwasher. Please be respectful of the tenants upstairs when cleaning. Other Spaces Brainshare Room can be rented for $50 per hour Available for group activities, whiteboarding. If you are renting a monthly space you can use this room for phone calls and lunch if it is not in use. Make sure to keep the noise level down if the conference room is in use. Communication Who should I talk to? If you have a question in regards to the use of the space during your stay, we are usually on-site. If you have a question about anything else, please submit it through the peerspace platform. Workspace Use Bottom Line: Guests can use the space only as an office. Guests cannot be disruptive to other tenants. Guests cannot alter or improve the space or store hazardous materials. The Host can move the guest to a similar or larger space and at no extra cost with 30 days' notice. The Host can come into the guests' space. Good Care Bottom Line: The guest must take good care of the space, the area and whatever the Host chooses to share with them, and the Building. Space and anything else used must be returned in good condition. If something breaks or gets damaged, the Host should be notified know right away. Guest is responsible for paying for any replacement or repairs. Keys, Name & Address Bottom Line: Any keys or entry cards provided by the Host belong to the Host, can’t be copied and must be returned. Guests cannot put any additional locks on doors or windows. Guests cannot put up any signs on the door or the space or the building. Conduct, Confidentiality, & Non-solicitation Bottom Line: No discrimination, no harassment, anything a guest sees should be considered confidential. Guests may not recruit each others’ employees. Damages & Insurance Bottom Line: Guest must have damage insurance for their personal property and liability insurance for their employees and any other insurance described in the House Rules. All property in the guest’s space is under the guest’s control. Guest can not go after the host for any lost property; damages; liabilities. The host may request a Certificate of Insurance sent to the venue before the move in. Cancellation Default Bottom Line: If the guest doesn’t pay or fails to comply with terms or house rules then the Host, upon notice, may terminate the license and take possession. Indemnity, Disclaimer, Liability Bottom Line: Guests indemnify the host against claims, the host is providing the space “as-is” without any warranty, the host is not liable. License Agreement & Subordination Bottom Line: The Host retains possession and control of the space. The license is subject to the terms of the Host’s lease and license terminates when the Host’s lease terminates. The terms are subordinate to the Host’s lease.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
