On Beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach doorstep! Character property available for filming/pool photo shoots location!! Heated 15 x 30 pool. Bohemian resort style back yard with pool, poolside loungers, umbrellas, patio, gazebo with fan and refrigerator and paver deck. Exterior filming/photography only. Great location for filming/poolside photo shoots. Newly added character restroom and screened patio with corner sofa. Main house and pool house not available for guests We can also offer Photography and Videography if needed for our space: https://lensology.net/ Located in the City of Oakland Park :) What I Love About My Neighborhood: Oakland Park There’s no place like home. And, for me, that’s Oakland Park, a neighborhood north of Downtown Fort Lauderdale nestled between Lauderdale By The Sea, Wilton Manors, Imperial Point, and Lauderdale Lakes. I moved back here recently after 10 years in Studio City, Los Angeles where we were lucky enough to have many feature films and photo shoots at our home of 5 years there.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
