4000 sq ft Studio and Event Space with Coffee and Bar in Historic Arts District

The following rules must be abided by or immediate removal from the studio will result: Absolutely no drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the property of the studio. If drugs or illegal substances are used or present at the rented facility during the rental period, the studio's Rental Coordinator will immediately end the Rental Event and client will not be refunded. Smoking of any kind, including vapor products, is prohibited inside the premises of the studio. Smoking is only permitted outside, at least 10 feet away from the building. Absolutely no weapons or firearms are permitted on the property. This includes prop weapons. If weapons or firearms are used or present at the rented facility during the rental period, the studio's Rental Coordinator will immediately end the Rental Event and client will not be refunded. Nudity is not permitted on the property. Bottle sparklers, confetti, glitter, and paint are prohibited. Studios is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur to or by persons either renting or associated with the renting of the facilities owned, operated, or leased by studios on the dates noted, or any additional dates added later. This includes, but is not limited too, damaged or stolen equipment or items, acts of crime, violence, and accidents that result in bodily harm. If any equipment is determined to be lost, damaged, or stolen by the client, the client will be charged in full to replace and/or fix the lost, damaged or stolen equipment. Studios are not liable for any and all accidents that occur while and any related Rental Guests are borrowing/using a ladder provided by the Rental Coordinator.
