In addition to our main soundstage and daylight studio, we have a 30 by 30 photo studio area and adjoining conference room available for rent. Great for a meeting or small photo shoot, or as an addition to the soundstage area. The rental includes access to a shared kitchen and restrooms with a small makeup nook. Conference room seats 12 comfortably. A large screen and projector is available in the photo studio as well as a conference phone, large monitor and white board in the conference room. The conference room table is made from reclaimed bowling lane planks. A large glass wall of folding doors open from the conference room onto the photo studio. Located near the Uptown and easily accessibly to the freeway, the studios are close to downtown Oakland as well as freeway access to SF, Berkeley, and the 24.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
