Our beautiful, sunny studio, located on the second floor of a tower features a 20' x 25' sprung maple dance floor with one wall of mirrors, a lounge area, and a dressing room. We have a CD player that is iPod friendly, and a flat screen monitor hooked to a DVD/VHS player. For your comfort and convenience, we also have a refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, and glasses, dishes and silverware. Because we are located in the interior tower within an original foundry building, we have windows on three sides of the space which provide incredible natural light. The studio resides in a tower in the historic warehouse seward district of Minneapolis. The building around it was originally a mill that produced canon balls back in the 1860's. The tower itself was built in the 1920's so that the owner at the time could count their money while still viewing the work in the mill itself. This space is perfect for: Rehearsals for musicians and actors Casting in a new and exciting place Things to note: You might spot a witch flying around outside one of the windows. There are a couple of birds living in cages in the space. The building itself provides wi-fi so you may have spotty reception in some areas of the studio.
