All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A great place for a product or clothing photo shoots, as well as small gatherings, craft workshops, meditiation or yoga, even a small wedding. This room is lit with lots of natural light, and has a comfy and soft feel. Studio is in the old Pavel's Yogurt Factory in Oakland, near the Uptown. Close to freeways and lots of cool places to eat and hang out. -1200 square foot studio -Great natural light -2 shared bathrooms -Shared kitchen -Roll up door load in -Possible buyout of entryway area for receptions. -Possible rental of parking spaces in lot across the street in gated lot. -Some furniture options including some different chairs, folding chairs, a couch, a conference table, a round table and some random baskets and pottery to use as decoration or set design.

Parking description

Free street parking. Paid parking in a lot across the street is available for up to 10-12 vehicles is available for an additional cost, for each day needed. Street cleaning on Thursdays on one side and Fridays on the other should be noted.
