Conveniently located in the Design District a walkaway from Adobe, Zynga and the SF Design Center. Large, private workshop space with fully flexible furniture to create multiple types of meeting setups. Separate breakout areas available. Workshop room has three white boards as well as two windows with shades that can also be used as white boards. Room has five tables and 16 ergonomic chairs all on wheels to allow for complete room customization. There are an additional 13 traditional chairs that can be added to the seating arrangement. Conference room can comfortably seat 29 people theater style, 15-20 people class room style using five tables with 3-4 people at each table and 16 people in a U or traditional conference table type setup. Complete AV setup with 70" video monitor, Apple TV, HD camera, SONOS Beam and Polycom SoundStation conference phone. 1GB WiFi allows all group participants to access the Internet without impacting wireless performance. Two breakout areas available in the office section of the space. One area is a living room type space with a sofa, coffee table and two swivel chairs. Second area is metal conference/work table that comfortably fits 6-8 around. Note breakout areas are not private and are part of a working office. This area works well for setting up catering and giving attendees a comfortable area to do a call away from the meeting area. Space allows for complete privacy with lots of natural light. There is both a passenger elevator and a freight elevator making the space fully accessible. Restaurant on first floor available for catering as well as lots of nearby restaurants providing for a variety of food choices. Room includes access to water cooler, Jelly Bellies and nuts. Basic supplies including post-it notes and write on/wipe off markers. Two flip charts with stands included with rental. Additional pads available at $40/pad. Easy parking with ample free and metered street parking as well as a paid lot that can be pre-booked using Spot Hero a few blocks away at Vermont & Division.

This is a great space and will definitely book it again. The conference room was great and the A/V equipment worked perfectly. DILAN consulting were great hosts and set everything up for our offsite perfectly. Ken was was very responsive (despite traveling).
