Conveniently located in the San Francisco Design District, a short walk away from Adobe, Zynga, and the SF Design Center. Large workshop room with fully flexible furniture to create multiple types of meeting setups. Allows for complete privacy with lots of natural light. Can comfortably seat 29 people theater style, 12 people classroom style using six tables with two people at each table, and 16 people in a horseshoe table arrangement. This space includes the following: • WiFi. • Complete A/V setup: 65" video monitor (with HDMI-to-laptop connectivity and Apple AirPlay-to-Mac laptop connectivity); HD camera (with HDMI-to-laptop connectivity only); and SONOS Beam soundbar. • Polycom SoundStation conference phone. • Three white boards and two large windows that can also be used as white boards (when windows' backing shades are lowered). • Post-It notes, write-on/wipe-off markers, and flip charts (two pads and two stands). • Up to six tables. • Up to 16 ergonomic chairs on wheels and 13 fixed chairs (10 of which are Design with Reach stackable chairs). • Water cooler, light snacks (Jelly Bellies, nuts, M&Ms, chocolate covered raisins, etc.), and dorm-room style mini-refrigerator. A separate "breakout area with full kitchenette access" space is available for an additional hourly fee and only as an "Add On" item that you need to add to your booking request. Note: This separate space is not private and is part of a working office. This separate area works well for setting up catering and giving attendees a comfortable area to make a phone call away from the primary meeting space. This separate space includes the following: • A "living room" type space with a sofa, coffee table, and two swivel chairs. • A "work" space with a metal conference/work table that comfortably seats 6 people. • A kitchenette with sink, counter, and coffee maker. Additional flip chart pads are available at $40/pad as "Add On" items that you need to add to your booking request. There is both a passenger elevator and a freight elevator in the building, making the space fully accessible. A restaurant on first floor of the building is available for catering. This and many restaurants within walking distance provide for a variety of local food choices. Easy parking with ample free and metered street parking area available, as well as a paid lot (a few blocks away at Vermont & Division) that can be pre-booked using Spot Hero.

The space was great and Paul was a fantastic host. The room literally had everything we needed, down to a pointer for a presentation that we forgot. The Kitchenette space was worth the extra spend. It doubled as our lunch/buffet area and a break-out space.
