All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our coffee shop offers the perfect venue to host a variety of events — In the past we have hosted parties, film/photo shoots, corporate events and even a book signing. We accept both private or non-private events. We happily provide additional services such as coffee and beer/wine/cocktails, as well as staff your event if needed. The space has both inside and outside seating, access to a kitchen, full coffee bar and is ideally located in the heart of Atlanta. We also provide parking for guests on adjacent streets and in a secure parking garage.

Parking description
There is a shared retail parking garage located on John Wesley Dobbs Ave with roughly 25 spots (Free parking). This garage is for all retail shoppers and therefore we cannot guarantee open spots, but we usually have no problems with event parking as there is also street parking available.
General Rules
We allow you to use our space like your own — feel free to bring food, drinks and decorations. We only ask that no excessive noise is made after the indicated times and no confetti or other hard to clean decorations are used.

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

i really liked the space and the host was very helpful with everything! Just in my opinion i do think 30 people would be max that i would have in this space for COVID reasons. But other than that, it was great!

What can I say! Daniela went above and beyond to help our event. She made us feel like home. It’s hard to do that during these tough times but this place is amazing!
