Private space for rent is 540 square feet, which is comprised of 2 separate rooms (both with sound absorbing walls and central A/C & heat throughout), recording booth, long built-in work table, and ample storage with built-in shelves. IN ADDITiON to the 540 square foot suite, you will have shared access to a full kitchen, two bathrooms (both with a shower), and a guest parking spot (plus a couple tandem spots) — all included in the rent — as well as TWO parking spots OF YOUR OWN. Office is on the 2nd floor above retail stores, but parking is on the same level as the back entrance to the office. Ideal for film editors (the windows have been blacked out, but could be replaced at renter’s expense), music producers (Marilyn Manson was the former tenant, and Billy Zane before him), content creators, podcasters, or post production. Your officemate would be a writer/director and his assistant, and all utilities — electric, gas, internet, phone, water, alarm monitoring, cleaning service, etc. — would be shared (not included in the rent). Preferred move-in would be November 1, 2019 (though it can be made available a couple weeks earlier if necessary), and the lease would run until February 1, 2020 or February 1, 2021 when you would get a chance to renew.
