We have 3 unique spaces adjacent to the LA Historic Park on the northern edge of DTLA. Spring Street is the Historical "Women's Building" - (a Three story walk up with 3000 SQFT Natural Light Lofted Space on the top 3rd Floor). This space has incredible natural light with Northern and Eastern facing windows and SKYLIGHTS. It has a raw abandoned feel perfect for editorial work. The Ground Floor Warehouse of 1711 N. Spring Street (3240 SQFT with 18 FOOT ceilings). This unit features a loading dock accessible via a swing up narrow garage door as well as a giant steel door on hinges that opens to neighboring unit (1709 N. Spring Street) for additional cost. This space is perfect for set builds and has low sound interference. 1709 N. Spring Street is a ground floor space with two stories and a private back courtyard. The ground floor has concrete flooring and is 2000 SQFT. There is a roll up door that opens to the loading dock on the Baker Street side. A giant enclosed courtyard with a sliding gate is on the Spring Street side and is 2700 SQFT (perfect for parking / catering / staging / etc). A staircase from the courtyard leads up to the second floor which is a barn like loft and is approximately 2000 SQFT.
