Historical Murrieta Ranch with Ponds & Race Tracks

Pricing does not include the interior of the home, pool, or surrounding areas of the home; exteriors only. There are plenty of large areas which can be used for parking trucks and cars for production. Areas and props/backdrops are priced specifically on property, see Add-ons. Our Ranch is located in The City of Murrieta, near Old Town. The property is gated and bordered with mature eucalyptus trees for added privacy. This scenic, 20-acre ranch has several beautiful features that would make a lovely backdrop to any event or scene. The grounds are covered in manicured lawns and there are 2 ponds; the largest has a sandy beach and small dock and the smaller is encircled by large stones. The front driveway circles and is surrounded by lush landscaping. Our Ranch is a motorsport enthusiasts dream. The property maintains 3 race tracks; 2 dirt motorcycle tracks, and one paved go-cart track. There is a race shop that has an entertainment area, complete with pool table, bar, and vintage motorcycle displays of museum quality. The guest house is also a vintage gas station with two pumps and provides a view of the large pond. Our old western "bunk house" is beautifully set, with a windmill and ancient eucalyptus trees towering behind, providing a gorgeous backdrop. We also host a large collection of vintage CAT equipment that dates back to the early 1900's. *Overtime Policy* Per Peerspace's overtime policy, you will be charged post booking 1.5x the rate per half hour over the booking time. We are easy-going, so just let us know during your production if you think you may require more time, and we will adjust your rate accordingly as long as our schedule allows. Please note: Our family and employees will remain on property and maintain access during your rental; but will gladly stay out of your way. Cleaning Fee and Weekend rates apply.
