I had a fashion show here and this space proved to be amazing and very functional. However, the real gem is the service and staffing. They excelled at accomodating me and my team with our requests, need of supplies and event elements, as well as set-up and breakdown. I even enjoyed their delightful sense of humor. Would highly recommend this space!

When you pull up to the building it can be deceiving, but when you walk into the building you cant help but think, "what an amazing venue space this is". Aesthetically, the venue catches your eye and everything looks amazing, just as the pictures depict. That made set up for my event easy. Booking the venue was easy and painless. The communication and response from Katie was good. She responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. My only suggestion, if booking, is to make sure to get all information in writing so there will be no discrepancies on the day of your event. Days leading up to the event it was slightly difficult to get a straight answer from the lead coordinator. I asked, on more then one occasion to get everything we discussed in writing and that never happened. Two days before the event i got a follow up call to discuss what we outlined and everything we discussed was outlined and she even added a few perks which was nice and seemed reassuring. I ended up losing money because changes were made on the evening of my event and my staff and guest were asking me questions that i couldn't answer because of the last minute changes. I would also make sure the alcohol policy is clear. All in all i definitely like the staff they are friendly and accommodating but make sure everything is in writing and all parties follow what was discussed.
