About the Space
Welcome to our cafe located in NoMad! Our space is 1300 square feet with enough standing room for 40 people and 30 seated. The space is well suited for photoshoots, films, commercials and other productions with was street access. We have a combination of barstools, chairs and benches to use for any production needs. If you need craft services, please inquire with us. We have everything you need - food, beverages and our amazing staff. General Rules
Can I bring in my own flowers and additional decor?
Sure! But please note if you plan to hang anything on the walls - you must use non-damaging wall tape.
What about outside food and drink? Can I bring my own cake?
Unfortunately we do not permit any outside food or drink.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved around to fit your needs but not removed.
All decorations on wall must not leave any markings (no nails or screws, command strips are OK).
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are video cameras in the front and the back of the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
