HIGHLIGHTS OF THE STUDIO -West facing apartment with great natural light -Balcony with table and chairs -2 Alien Bee (Digibee 800) 320ws lights with octabox, beauty dish, and umbrellas -C stands with grip arm and 2 light stands -White and Grey backdrop -V flats/reflector -Apple box/stool -Wardrobe rack -Sandbags Details: Corner apartment with spacious balcony and great natural light makes our studio an incredible place to shoot whether you use strobes or natural light. Apartment can be blacked out as well. Paper backdrops (extra cost for new paper) Canon 6D, lenses ( 50mm 1.2, 24-70 f/4, 70-200 f/4 ) are available for rent. Feel free to inquire about all additional equipment for rentals. Located right off of the 10 freeway There are 2 parking spaces and street parking Perfect for a smaller production, casting, test shoots, headshots. **Stairs are required to reach the studio, assistance is available for loading and unloading** If you have any additional questions or requests please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you and help your production run as smooth as possible.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
