Massive, light-flooded loft in Bushwick spanning 1,200 square feet, with soaring, 13-foot ceilings. Ample space for any equipment set up, and south-facing windows that allow for prime natural light all day. Also features original historic details like white exposed brick and tin ceilings. Luxe 1970s and art deco MCM design style: Furnishings include a Milo Baughman sofa, Maurice Villency loveseat, large scale, original art, chrome and metallic accents, massive moroccan souk shag rug, arc lamp and tropical plants. A BEAUTIFUL space that is so much bigger than it looks in pictures. Endless photo and video opportunities, with so many beautiful ways to style photos. Patrick was so helpful and I would (and will) definitely use this space again!
