The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. The times that you rent for are the times that you will have access to our space. Please factor in any time you may need to set up for your event and to clean up afterwards within your rental window. MUSIC/SOUND CONCERNS No microphones, music, speakers or any other audio equipment before 5pm. No crowds larger than 15 people before 5pm. If your event is occuring between 10am-5pm please remind attendees to be quiet in the hallways and be mindful of noise levels so as to not disturb any private sessions that may be occuring in offices close to the studio. Please ask for any clarifications needed. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. If you have balloons for decoration, please pop them inside and clean up the trash or take them off premises to dispose of. FURNITURE Renters are responsible for setting up any tables or chairs they need for the event and placing any tables and chairs used of ours back into the storage closet that is accessible from the studio. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture or decor in the space to suit your event needs. Use of a black fitted tablecloth for our 6-foot rectangular tables is an additional $5 per tablecloth used, available as an add-on to booking details. Price covers and wear and tear as well as cost for washing. Tablecloth must be turned in to staff on duty at the end of the rental. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated for this. Alcohol is allowed on the condition that it is not served to anyone under 21 years of age and no one in attendance becomes disruptive or destructive. Underaged attendees must be supervised at all times while on the premises. Renter is at fault for any damage caused by unsupervised or uncontrolled attendees. No attendees or Renter are allowed within private offices, staff spaces or areas restricted to the public. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Any questions?
