Spacious Meeting Space in NYC

Our event space is 1600 square feet and offers a warming kitchen with male and female bathroom. We have parking in rear for an additional charge. Kitchen is a warming kitchen that comes with a ice machine, fridge , sink and a lot of space for food. We have a screen and projector that comes with rental along with coffee and water station. The hall has WIFI and we do a podium for a speaker Our venue delivers charming and cozy feeling as soon as you walk in. its very intimate and you will love it. The hall comes with black chairs that are in great shape. Comfortably fits 80 seated, All bookings for meetings will include a 45 minute set up prior to your time for free. And at the end of your event, leave the cleaning to us. These amenities are based on a 2 hour minimum booking. You are responsible to supply your own catering, beverages, cups, ice, napkins, plates, utensils, and sternos. Our Meeting Space is suitable for celebrating special occasions such as meetings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, sweet 16, bridal showers, communions, baptisms, graduations, holiday parties. Location is convenient, near major highways, 15 minute drive from jfk airport, Close to the belt parkway and cross island parkway. Beverage consumption regulation: No individual below the legal age limit permitted to consume alcohol at any time inside or near the property.
