All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This space is perfect for photoshoots and video shoots. There are 2 equally sized rooms available for rent each about 1100 sq. ft. Each room comes equipped with its own sound system and amounted party lights. Plenty of free parking for your students or guests. The whole space is about 3000. The location has free parking. However, there are 15-minute parking spots that belong to another business. You may park there if the business (Pet Grooming) is closed.

General Rules
We do not allow Smoking of any kind inside. No Alcohol unless your hiring a company with their own liquor license. No Pets.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is $50, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

The host is very great at communicating and very helpful. Whenever I had a question she was quick to answer and very informative. Despite my tedious questions, Alejandra was professional and resourceful. The venue itself is quite spacious and a very delightful setting. Would definitely look forward to booking again.
