Generally used as an art gallery, the space is ideal for events, pop-ups, brand launches and almost anything else you can imagine. Nearby subways: B/D/F/J/M/6 We offer a full suite of amenities for events through our adjacent partnering bars and catering service, if desired.

General Rules
- No smoking indoors
- No outside alcohol (beer, wine, and liquor must be arranged with our provider)
- No open flames, gas, propane
- If large crowds or alcoholic beverages will be served, this must be specified and door-person arrangements must be made with us
- Space must be reset to original condition or a space reset must be purchased
- Cleaning and space reset fee will be charged if space is not returned in the condition it was received
- We offer professional cleaning services if desired
- We offer professional installation services if desired
- We offer staffing, door-person, and servers as an option, if desired
- Must seek permission if hanging anything from ceiling
- No amplified music outside the space
- Your business and/or event must be in full compliance with NYS, NYC, and Federal rules and regulations

- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
