All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

LIRR Station Municipal Parking Lot $10 per car a day. Ten minute walk to location.
General Rules
If you have any questions about the information below, please do not hesitate to ask:
*The booking times must include set up & take down times.
*Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the home.
*Please do not hang around outside the front of the house (there is plenty of space in the home or backyard to convene).
*Equipment and props must be brought directly into the home or backyard, with no staging in
front of the home.
* Stainable products are not to be used on site.
*Pets require approval by owner (there is an additional fee for animals onsite)
*We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. You are responsible for your guests.
*Parking is limited to seven (7) cars----4 vehicles in the driveway and 3 additional spots directly in front of our house. Town ordinance is enforced.
*We understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The best host we've had ever!! She was easy, great communication and great location. We were able to move furniture around, set up what we needed in the beautiful and open location. 30 minutes from Brooklyn, No problems with multiple vehicles parking on the street. Highly recommended!!
