Handpicked blend of modern, vintage, and mid-century pieces meticulously arranged create an equally homey and eclectic ambience. This beautiful 1150 Sq. ft corner space is located in the heart of DTLA. Through 8 large windows, this home receives beautiful natural sunlight throughout the day. It is located on the 4th floor with concrete floors and high ceilings. This location is on a quiet street in DTLA which makes it perfect for interviews, film and production! We have central AC to keep you cool and fast internet to keep you online at all times. This loft is used by other artists for purposes like (but not limited to): Dance Shoot, Film Shoot, Promotional Video, Web Series Shoot, Documentary Shoot, Production, Kickstarter Video, Workout Video, Filming, Fitness Video, Video Shoot, Casting, Apparel Shoot, Clothing Shoot, Commercial Photoshoot, Fashion Shoot, Head Shot, Photo Shoot, Photo Studio, Portrait Photoshoot, Product Shoot, Promotional Photoshoot, Workshop, Class, Collaboration. We are not taking any music video productions at this moment. _____________________________________________________________________________ You will be provided with 1 key fob for the main entrance and 1 access code that will allow you to gain access to the studio. Absolutely one of the best Peerspace and host experiences we have had so far! Mike is super cool, very responsive and was ready to help if we had any needs. The building is safe and secure, and the loft space is exactly like shown in the images. TONS of natural light through the huge windows that fill the entire corner walls of the loft. The decor is quality and really cool. There is parking in a huge lot right next to the building at $10/day. We could not have asked for a better shoot experience!
