It is a great studio for private events, off-sites and video / photo productions. This 750 sq ft loft is an open floor plan that can host up to a 8 person booking. It has 5 large windows that let in ton of sunlights during the day. It also has 15ft ceiling, central AC, Full kitchen, and beautiful a textured brick wall with downtown view. We have central AC to keep you cool and fast internet to keep you online at all times. It's the perfect place for interviews, photo shoot, workshops and any events! It's also great for meetings or just a quiet place to get some work done at the studio. Profoto lighting equipment w/ 4K apple monitor Available for rent ($50 daily rate) An on-site manager will meet you by the building entrance.
