About the Space
At our studio, we have streamlined the process of studio rental with both artists and clients in mind. No equipment is included in the booking, we can provide in-house equipment/expendables for an additional fee. We are happy to source equipment for you that we do not have in house. We feature a brand-new digital capture workstation, as well as an iMac station with printing capabilities. This is a no-frills 1,200 sq ft exposed brick studio space in Soho, easily accessible from several subway lines, with on-street and nearby parking. Our huge north-facing windows include opaque and black-out shades for lighting adjustments. A full kitchen area sits adjacent to the shooting area, and a separate, multi-purpose holding room can also be made available upon request. Both the kitchen and holding rooms have Apple TV streaming available, which makes our space ideal for castings, style-outs, and small private events as well. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
