This Tri-level home is located in family friendly and safe neighborhood. Beautiful backyard with a pool. We'd love to host your next photo shoot, filmed interview, music video, interior shoot, video shoot and more! With 10.000 sf of space included a 5.000 sf back yard with a lush green grass area for all sorts of get together, celebrations and natural art space. A shaded outdoor grill and chill area plus a gated oasis space with pool! Indoors there are two master bedrooms, and 2 regular rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a basement with wood walls that give it a cabin and a comfortable home feel that is hard to find in the Maricopa and surrounding area.

Certificate of Insurance may be required depending on the nature of your project. Parking and noise would be our main concern. - Park across the street at the red mountain high school parking lot (no parking on or by the property) - Noise must be contained unless it is an act for a short period of time. no loud music, crazy parties or communication with neighbors please. - Do not remove or adjust any furniture or decor around the property without permission please. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
