Featuring a large central event space, flanked with gorgeous windows and a roll-up garage door, this space is well-equipped with two projectors and screens, built-in sound and microphones, responsive casting technology, a small stage, and adorned with hand painted floor-to-ceiling murals. Additional amenities incorporated in the rental include a Commercial Kitchen, Executive Conference Room, a private Green Room, well-appointed restrooms, and an extensive collection of event furniture. Space permits a 150-person standing capacity, a 100-person theater-style seated capacity, and an 80-person banquet-style capacity (all event furniture and AV available on-site and included in the rental). Ample free street parking makes access easy for guests, while a dedicated loading zone for vendors makes load-in and out a breeze. Rental fees begin at $2,200 with non-profit discounts available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
