Tranquil Paradise in a Magical Ancient Oak Grove

Our romantic cottage is located on 23 acres of tranquil paradise in Topanga Canyon. The cottage has its own private entrance and private gardens and is nestled in the heart of a magical ancient oak grove. Conveniently located and only a 2-3 minutes drive off Topanga Canyon Rd. Brand new construction! All the materials and finishes we used are upscale and of the highest quality. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Rates for events/shoots START at $175 p/h for small scale events/shoots (4 hour minimum for evens, 2 hour minimum for shoots) No more than 3 cars! A shuttle service will be required for larger parties that require more than 3 cars (smaller parties of 15 can leave cars on Topanga Canyon and carpool up together, larger good do have a few options and I can pass along a valet/shuttle service). Our property can host up to 200+ people Depending on your event you may need additional liability insurance and a security deposit and/or damages insurance. Depending on the size of your shoot/event RATES WILL VARY. You can book our whole property OR just a specific area. What time frame 6) Do you plan to have music and or entertainment. More about the property We have been restoring the natural habitat on our property with local native flora. During spring our property experiences a super bloom! this is a wonderful time for shoots and events! As Autumn/winter approaches our grape arbor will begin to lose its leaves, however the rest of our garden is filled with native ever greens and has flowers year round. To Experience the super bloom the best time of year is late march - the beginning of July. The super bloom fluctuates depending on how much rain we get and the weather. please note that the tree house is under construction and you will not be able to climb/enter the treehouse, but it is a wonderful backdrop! There is to be no smoking or fire anywhere on our property or the canyon. We have to be vigilant as we live in a fire zone. Thank you for your cooperation.
