Modern White Box Photo Studio Space

Anyplace is a newly renovated 550 sq.ft. white box space space complete with lighting equipment, seamless backgrounds, and an inventory of props. Ideal for shoots that require total control over the light quality, there are no windows/natural light in the space. We designed this space for product shoots, it could also be a great fit for videography, fashion, jewelry, homewares, sculpture etc. WE HAVE A 5hr/$375 MINIMUM, please do not inquire for a shorter amount of time/reservation. One large open space with a small back storage area accessible through an arched opening. All walls and floors are white. Comfortably fits 4-5 people. Half Day rental (5hr): $375, includes 3 free props Full Day rental (10hr): $750, includes 6 free props. Adding additional props range between $5-10 per prop. Cleaning and COVID-19 Measures: Use of a mask in common spaces such as the loading dock & hallways is mandatory, and is up to your discretion while in the studio. We ask that you close the door while you work, regardless of mask wearing, for the comfort of our neighbors. High touch surfaces and shared amenities in the space will be disinfected before and after use. If necessary, bookings will be spaced out to allow for such cleaning. On Site Construction: The building that this photo studio is housed in is currently undergoing construction. If sound is a consideration for your use of the space, ambient noise may be present.
