About the Space
Our beautiful executive lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A full kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Full kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, stove, refrigerator large island and bar stools Dining tables with seating Fire place Stereo 2 50" TVs Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available on site but can be limited. We recommend car pooling, or using ride share services.

Gorgeous space!!

The space was very nice and ample. The nearby parking was also a plus. It is a chic space with pool table. I organized a bbshower. The furniture in the kitchen is a bit different. The long side table is gone and you have two little table with 4 chairs each. Also the stove does not work which was disappointing as I have food to warm up. So plan to bring cold or catered. Pointer the kitchen is not equipped so you must bring everything from trash bag, paper towels, utensils, etc. And the faucet has a tiny stream but the restrooms are nearby. I would also recommend getting there a bit early as to get the keys you have to wait for the office staff which tends to be in meetings with potential renters. They do have hotel-like carts to unload and load which were great. **Tiny inconvenience is that people in the building do come in. We had two people come in to the space. One came in and realized it was an event and walked away. The other person did come in and stayed talking on their phone. Not a huge deal since my party was small. But if you are occupying all the space then maybe not so great.

We had the opportunity to have a baby a baby shower Here ,it was a lovely gathering due to the space being perfect for a small family affair, the space was extremely comfortable and accommodated all of necessities for a shower full kitchens and several sitting spaces to accommodate gift opening games etc. since it was a Jack and Jill guys spent most of the time around the pool table and only mingled when asked I would definitely use this space again
