There is free street parking around the space.

There is minimal natural light. There are large windows in the front of the space. There are blackout curtains for the front windows. The space is brightest during midday to early evening.

You cannot hear neighbors. The one way street has medium traffic. There is no noise from any appliances.

Ground Floor

Entry and loading is done on the ground floor through the front door. The front door is handicap compliant (36 in wide).

There is a small room that is off limits for shooting. Items may be stored in this room. It’s usually used for a DJ setup or to hold a coat rack.

The electrical system is 200 amps. There are 8 outlets. The circuit breaker is located in the front of the space.

There is an additional refundable security deposit fee of $300 by bank check due no later than 7 days prior to booking date. Production insurance must be purchased via Thimble with proof provided 7 days prior to booking date. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard area. Guests are not allowed to congregate in front of event space. Contract must be signed in addition to booking on Peerspace.

We require to be listed on the production insurance.

The space is given empty. If any of the furniture is required we supply it. No fixtures may be removed from the walls.
