About the Space
Very open , specious , extremely quiet and bright !!! The House is approx 2,200 Sq. Ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . Also a 900 sqft 1 bedroom newly built ADU unit with a separate entrance from the street . This home is the perfect setting for a commercial, movie, tv show, short or photoshoot. Open floor plan with large island , kitchen and living room have very welcoming and homey feels in a modern way. The bedrooms and master bath are stunning with a huge soaking tub. The backyard has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi and unmatched views. There is a nice covered seating area around a fireplace outside. It's got a fabulous feel both day and night. Large 4 cars driveway and very wide street with plenty of parking with no restrictions. 2 car garage and a fenced large backyard area ( behind the garage ) that can be used for storing equipment or set up as a serving breakfast , lunch area

Beautiful space. It looks like the pictures. Vassil is cool. He met me at the beginning of my time then left once my time started but he told me to call him on his cell phone if I needed anything. He then met me once my time was over. He is really easy to deal with. I would recommend his place.
